The Offer:
We help you put together
a fully targeted walk sequence (Resident/Occupant) mailing list to
as many as 7,000 residents in the carrier routes of your choice
within a single zip.
We provide you a carrier route map in PDF
format for that purpose, a count of how many deliveries per route
and after your selection a fully presorted list including all
necessary USPS forms and tray/bag tags. All for $100
All information is provided electronically via email.
We do not provide a postal permit nor
do we provide printing of labels/forms/tray tags. |
How it works:
You contact us and purchase the Map &
List Special. We will immediately begin to prepare your
carrier route map and send you a count of how many deliveries per route
in the zip you specified. Once you receive these, you
decide visually which routes you wish to mail to. Then
you add up the number of
deliveries on the selected routes from the count provided.
Finally, you notify us of your route selections. We then
prepare your list and email it to you. |

What You Do To Mail:
The
actual list you receive will be in Microsoft Excel format.
Using Microsoft Word you then create a mail merge to labels.
It will print them in postal presort order and must be kept that way
even when applying to your mailing pieces. The tray tags will
be in PDF format and must be printed on approved tray tag
stock. Postal forms (3602, CASS, etc) must also be printed.
Lettershops acting on behalf of others may inkjet addresses directly
to pieces but must keep the list in the order received as it is
already presorted to walk sequence. |
