Return Policy

Mail Merry Systems Inc will accept the returns for credit of all unopened cartons within sixty (60) days of original purchase date.

Defective merchandise will be replaced upon discovery of defects, even after sixty days, however, returns for credit after sixty days will be subject to Mail Merry Systems Inc testing of the returned merchandise.

Mailing Software.  Some manufactures offer unconditional 30 day return of product where others refuse to credit for returned product citing their software does exactly what it was advertised to do.  Make certain to review the product return policy prior to purchase.  Some offer free trials while others provide demo software.  The products contained herein each carry the warranty of their manufacturer or provider and we neither make nor imply any warranty beyond that.  We will however,  assist you to the maximum extent possible to make certain that our suppliers honor their commitments. Please contact Sharlene or Jesse at Mail Merry Systems Inc before returning any merchandise so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued and pick ups scheduled by UPS or common carrier.

A credit memo will be issued once returned items are received in our warehouse, verified, and, if applicable, tested for defects.

Shipping Policy

All stock orders received by 1:00PM CST will be normally be processed and shipped the same day.

Any out-of-stock orders received by 1:00PM CST will be processed that day, with delivery within ten working days.

Standard shipment is UPS ground for smaller orders and vendor selected carriers on skid lots. Other freight methods or buyer specified carriers, will be accommodated at buyer’s expense.
