Carrier Route Map Service Agreement

All carrier route areas will be outlined in
blue and labeled in black with the 4-digit carrier route code. In cases
where labels overlap because of high density of carrier routes, the labels
will NOT be allowed to overlap. This means that some of the carrier
route codes may not appear on the map itself. Box-level routes will not
appear. The USPS changes carrier route areas frequently: our data is
updated monthly. Minor discrepancies may occur.

ZIP Code areas will be outlined in light
green and labeled in dark green with the 5-digit ZIP Code. The selected
ZIP Code will have a yellow highlighted background.

Streets will be dark grey with labels in
dark grey. In cases where labels overlap because of high density of
streets, the labels will NOT be allowed to overlap. In cases where a
street name would overlap with a carrier route code label, the carrier route
will have priority. The street data is updated quarterly.

The map legend will include symbols,
colors, and labels for all map elements. Mail Merry Systems, Inc.,
mailingsupplies.com, and Maponics reserve the right to modify colors as
appropriate to achieve the best cartographic representation. Custom
coloring, labeling, and feature display are available for additional charges.

Maps will be provied via e-mail in PDF
format with an image size of 8.5 x 11 inches. Note that for larger maps,
multiple ZIP Codes per map, or other customization, please call Mail Merry
Systems, Inc. and mailingsupplies.com at 800-471-8500 for
case-by-case quotes.

The recipient e-mail address MUST be able
to accept attachments up to 2 MB. Mail Merry Systems, Inc. and
mailingsupplies.com will not be responsible for meeting delivery timelines
when e-mail fails because of customer limitations or incorrect e-mail
addresses. Any failed e-mail will be held and the customer contacted for
resolution.
