The basis for barcoded discounts centers on this program. You simply cannot get discounts unless your list has CASS certification (and by current version at that). AccuMail comes on a CD ROM and is updated bi-monthly. It contains the entire Postal Service's database. It works by reading the list you plan to mail and adding the information you must have to receive barcode discounts. Upon completion it generates one of the forms you must present to the post office, commonly called a "CASS Statement".
